LIABILITY WAIVER & MEDICAL POLICY

Assumption of Risk

• Participation in martial arts, BJJ, wrestling, grappling, and judo involves inherent physical risks including injury.
  
• By registering, participants (or their legal guardians, if under 18) acknowledge and accept these risks.
  

Liability Limitation

• Flag Camps, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during camp activities.
• Flag Camps is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Medical Consent

• In the event of a medical emergency, Flag Camps staff are authorized to seek emergency medical treatment on behalf of the participant.
• Any medical costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant or their guardian.
• Participants with known medical conditions must provide written clearance from a licensed physician prior to participation.

Photography & Media

• Flag Camps may photograph or film sessions for promotional purposes. By registering, participants consent to the use of their likeness unless a written opt-out is submitted at registration.
