CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations by Participant

• For Cancellations made more than 10 days prior to the camp start date: Full refund will be issued
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the camp start date: 50% refund of the total amount paid
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@flag-camps.com.

Cancellations by Flagcamp

• If Flag Camps cancels a session due to insufficient enrollment, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.
• Flag Camps is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs incurred by participants.

Transfers

• Participants may transfer their registration to another person or future session with 7 days' notice, subject to availability.
